As Customer Care Advisor, you engage in several fields within the communication department with a focus on customer care.
- You are service-oriented and keen on continuously improving
- You bring our service to the next level together with your colleagues
- You organize resourcing & capacity of the team
- You handle customer enquiries & style advice questions and support your colleagues
- You contact customers with a proactive approach (by phone, email and chat)
- You monitor and follow-up outgoing orders/returns (contact with logistic partners)
- You are in contact with our logistic partners (warehouse, courier services)
- You manage customer surveys & outbound calling
- You have strong listening & communicative skills (speaking & writing)
- You are service and sales oriented
- You have affinity with designer fashion
- You have an excellent written knowledge of Dutch(native), French and English.
- You have a strong educational background in languages, preferably a communication degree
- You are available to work 1 Saturday/month
